What to Expect on Pickup Day
Bringing home your Belle House Pomeranian is an exciting and memorable experience! To ensure a smooth transition, we’ve prepared everything you need for your puppy’s journey home. Please set aside approximately 30 minutes for pickup, as we will go over important information and answer any last-minute questions.
Meet with Belle House Staff
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a Belle House Pomeranians team member who will introduce you to your new puppy and guide you through the pickup process.
Final Payment at Pickup
The remaining balance must be paid in cash only at pickup. We do not accept checks, credit cards, or digital payments at the time of pickup. This policy ensures a smooth and secure transaction for both parties.
If your puppy is being delivered by a flight nanny, the final payment must be made in full before transport. Please discuss the details with us in advance to ensure timely processing.
Your Puppy’s Take-Home Folder
You will receive a detailed folder containing essential documents for your new Pomeranian, including:
- Copy of Contract
- Board-Certified Veterinarian Exam Report & Fecal Testing Results
- Vaccination & Deworming History
- AKC Pet Registration Application
- Growth Chart & Growth Tracker
These documents provide a complete health history and important records for your puppy’s future care.
Your Puppy’s Take-Home Bag
To help your puppy transition smoothly into their new home, we provide a starter bag of essentials, including:
- Royal Canin Small Puppy Starter Bag – The food your puppy has been eating.
- Puppy Pads – To help with house training.
- Toys – A few favorites for comfort and play.
- Scented Blanket – Carrying the familiar scent of their mom and littermates for an easier transition.
These items will help your puppy feel comfortable and secure in their new environment.
Reviewing Information & Final Questions
Before you leave, we’ll go over all documents and answer any questions you may have about your puppy’s care, feeding schedule, training, and more. We want to ensure you feel confident and prepared to start this exciting new journey with your Belle House Pomeranian!
